304 Aruba is a renovated 2-bedroom condo located in The Island at Hidden Harbour, within walking distance of Northside Park, the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach, public transportation to downtown and a variety of eating and shopping venues.

The main living area has an open-concept design with a canal view from the back balcony that extends the full width of the unit plus a front balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools and a view of Northside Park. This condo has two full baths and sleeps six, with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room that has its own 3-drawer dresser. Bed and bath linens are provided May -- August. 

 

You will have Internet service, three televisions with upgraded cable and two DVD players -- not to mention books in nearly every room to help you and your family survive a bad-weather day. For those good weather days, there are some beach toys in the balcony closet and a cooler for taking cold drinks to the beach. Full-size laundry appliances are located in the unit and, in the unlikely event that you'll want to do some ironing, an iron and ironing board are available in the master bedroom closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glassware, dishware, utensils, toaster, coffee-maker, electric mixer, blender, measuring cups and more. Cabinets on the stove wall are available for storing the food you bring from home or buy locally.
