  • Great Beach Vacation - The condo is beautifully updated, so clean and the location is great. Thank you for a fantastic family vacation.
     

  • Our family had an amazing time! The property was in a great complex. The pool was fantastic. The views of the canal were awesome! Walking distance to Northside Park & lots of great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this rental to friends and family.
     

  • Perfect Acommodations - This was our 4th family trip to OCMD and this was the best trip to date. The condo was awesome and the location was amazing. We will definitely be back.
     

  • We had a great week in OCMD while staying at 304 Aruba. With the park just steps away and the deck for viewing boating activities and seeing fireworks from the front sitting area! And let's not forget the beach and pool! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week. We hope to return again!

  • The condo at 304 Aruba was just what we were looking for. A girls work/play week. We had enough options for us all to work and not be on top of each other. Loved having two decks wanted to look out at the boats and the other at the bay. The owners really take a lot of thought into making the condo comfortable for guests... love how they think about the little things like hooks on the back of the door to hang towels, providing hand soap, and toilet paper. Everything seemed new and updated. 'Will definitely stay here again.

  • Beautiful week to go with this beautiful place! Your decorating taste is superb and organization, like the condition of everything, impeccable. My wife said about the owner, after looking around, "We could be friends!" High and rare praise on our way out to turn in our keys, and hopefully book for the same time next year! 
     

  • Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! The cleanliness and organization made our stay that much more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the labeled light switches! We enjoyed our week of relaxation and can't wait to return next year.
     

  • We have stayed in this beautiful condo several times. The neighborhood is on the bayside and the unit overlooks a canal. It's quiet but close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The reason we keep coming back is that it's always very clean and well stocked, plus the views of the bay and canal are relaxing.
